Ensure all products dispatched from ISS meet customer quality requirements and are safe and legal, minimising the likelihood of rejections and ensuring ISS exceed our Quality Service Levels (QSL). Develop and engage with the QC team to work with production teams to ensure processes relating to product quality, safety and legality are followed throughout the packing process
Manage daily and weekly planning in the ERP system to ensure production is planned for optimal performance and to meet business and customer demands.
Provide office and administrative support to production team; preparing and communicating works order instructions in a timely manner.
Control and maintain accurate stock figures for all product on site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and support on all ER casework including absence management
- Manage processing and accurate documentation of people related administration
- Ensure compliance is maintained in line with company policies, government legislation and collective agreements
- Keep accurate records of ER activity
- Engage in HR projects to support the objectives of the department
- Maintain the HR system with accurate information and troubleshoot system issues to resolution
- Provide on-going coaching on people management related matters to managers
- Support in the administration of activities on HR Activity planner
- Highlight trends of ER, capability and HR procedure compliance to Senior HR Advisor
- Provide department updates in daily meetings

Maintain and develop site compliance as per customer requirements, including but not limited to BRC food standard, customer food safety standard, organics and ethical. Help to drive a culture of compliance and adherence to standards within production through coaching employees/workers and managers and auditing compliance against the standards’ requirements. Assist and deputise for the Technical Manager when absent from site or as required.
To support a busy warehouse function with systems and general administration duties.
To execute the site machine cleaning schedule efficiently and to the highest standards whilst maintaining safe working practices at all times and complying with all site guidelines and rules. Work as part of a small team in collaboration with production to make the best use of line time available to complete hygiene cleaning to the highest possible standard.
