This role is responsible for overseeing stock reconciliation, accuracy, and compliance across multiple sites, ensuring efficient stock control within fresh produce operations. This role involves managing stock supervisors, stock checkers, and production admin teams while maintaining alignment with food safety standards and audit requirements. Key responsibilities include investigating and resolving stock discrepancies, managing stock reporting, supporting annual stock checks, and implementing process improvements to enhance stock accuracy.
The candidate will analyse key operating data in order to drive immediate operating changes. The overall focus will revenue maximization and cost reduction and will be expected to work closely with operational management and support the management accountant.
The Supervisor will be the key point of contact and escalation on shift for both Customer Service Team and Customers alike.

Ensure that all product is in the correct location at the correct time, in accordance with the Company stock control system and the needs of the Production Team.
Responsible for ensuring that all pallets are correctly labelled and that all products are traceable at all times and that any movement of stock is accurately recorded in the Company stock control system.
To control, verify, print, issue and record labels for production, ensuring the information is accurate in accordance with customer specifications.
To control and issue all packaging for production in accordance with the specification and within the required time for production requirements.
Working as part of the packing line the role will help to lead and develop the packing team to meet quality and packing targets.
The role will be responsible for machine minding, works order completion and providing support during change overs.

Lead an effective operation across a small number of production lines within your cell, taking full accountability for employee and operational performance against targets.
