The purpose of this role is to provide competent health and safety advice in the new fresh produce packhouse at Bridge, Canterbury. The role also includes working at other ISS sites, supporting leaders and teams to maintain a safe, compliant, and proactive day-to-day working environment. Whilst reporting to the H&S Manager, the H&S Advisor will lead risk assessment processes and play an active role in driving continuous improvement in safety culture and compliance.

Full budget and stock management responsibility for all ISS direct packaging and transit materials. This includes scanning, counting, and reporting stock, supporting the Stock Supervisor and Production Admin, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations. The role also involves identifying issues such as old stock, miss picks, and overpacks, and reporting them to the relevant supervisors.

To execute the site machine cleaning schedule efficiently and to the highest standards whilst maintaining safe working practices at all times and complying with all site guidelines and rules.
