The purpose of the role is to support the Health and Safety team with the running of an efficient, compliant, and proactive H&S function for an ambitious, rapidly growing, multi-cultural company. Work to set standards in order to deliver targets and assist with minimising downtime by remaining focused and making full use of any downtime to assist with other tasks or packing on other lines. Actively seek and recommend continuous improvements, minimise downtime and maximise line performance without compromising on quality.
To support the Printroom Supervisor in achieving and maintaining standards on all printing and labelling matters. To ensure that labels are printed in accordance with customer specification and EEC standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and support on all ER casework including absence management
- Manage processing and accurate documentation of people related administration
- Ensure compliance is maintained in line with company policies, government legislation and collective agreements
- Keep accurate records of ER activity
- Engage in HR projects to support the objectives of the department
