To ensure all products packed at ISS is within customer specification(brix/pressure / cut tests). To ensure all shelf-life samples are collected, checked and monitored as per relevant procedures. To ensure all produce dispatched from ISS meets all customer requirements of safety, quality and legality.

• Perform pre-production destructive tests.
• Ensure all out of specifications results are communicated to customers via quality alert in timely manner to minimize downtime.
• Ensure that all non-conforming product information is quickly communicated to line supervisors and production to minimise any downtime.
• Ensure are shelf-life samples are checked daily and any progressive defects communicated to customers via shelf-life quality alert
• Ensure all shelf-life samples are recorded in system.
• Ensure are required destructive tests for shelf life samples are performed in timely manner and any issues reported to customers
• To work safely and report any hazards or near misses
• Follow clean as you go policy
• To clearly communicate between all colleagues in your team and your Line Managers in a timely manner.
• To use any equipment in a correct and safe manner
• To work efficiently and effectively ensuring that you contribute to the daily Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) of the department as set by the Quality Control Manager and the needs of the business.
• To maintain high levels of health, safety, hygiene and housekeeping to BRC, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Path Information Unit Audit standards (PIU) at all times through the clean as you go
