Job description

To support a busy warehouse function with systems and general administration duties.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and print accurate shipping labels and documentation for dispatched goods.
  • Generate loading manifest and delivery notes for each order for Outloading.
  • Ensure that proof of delivery is obtained for each shipment and filed properly.
  • Work with warehouse operatives to ensure that the correct items are picked according to customer orders.
  • Ensure that loads in the system been set up correctly and correct orders been assigned to load numbers.
  • Generate Advance Shipping Notices (ASNs) and ensure all errors been fixed.
  • Double-check customer order details before dispatch.
  • Communicate with the customer service team to resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries.
  • Ensure that all orders are dispatched within the required timeframes.
  • Respond to customer queries regarding dispatch statuses, delivery schedules, or product availability.
  • Send dispatch confirmation emails to customers providing delivery details
  • Create and Update sales orders for Class 2 wholesales.
  • Control all aspects of Market Picking.
  • Ensure that all wholesale order pallets are labelled correctly with the appropriate product information, handling instructions, and addresses.
  • Ensure that all wholesale orders are checked for accuracy and quality before leaving the warehouse.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all wholesale dispatched goods, including tracking information, quantities, and shipping methods.
  • Produce daily class 2 stock availability reports.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to wholesale delivery delays or missed deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent level of English
  • Good I.T skills
  • Prophet knowledge (preferable)
  • Good understanding of Maths
  • Previous Warehouse experience (preferable)
  • Good organisation skills
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Problem solving and can do attitude

Shift- 4 on 4 off

6am- 6pm
