We are seeking an experienced People Manager (HR Manager) to deliver exceptional support to our teams during a fixed term maternity cover period.
The role will be based in Tonbridge although occasional travel to some of our sites may be required. The role reports directly into the Managing Director. Experience of Manager ER challenges and good knowledge of Employment law is essential. CIPD level 5 qualified or equivalent is also preferred.

This role will be job shared with our current Telephonist and we are looking for someone to work 3 days a week on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8am - 6pm. Full time salary is £29,250 per annum, which is pro rata'd down to £17,550 per annum based on 3 days a week.
