This role is at the core of our customer experience. You will build lasting relationships with customers new and existing, guiding and advising them on work needed on their motorcycles and being with them every step of their Yamaha journey.

Position Purpose/ Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Head of Service, Parts & Clothing
  • Achieving sales targets by selling workshop hours via the retail counter
  • Liaising with all Departments
  • Ensuring manufacturer systems and procedures are followed
  • Maintain records and process accurate Warranty Claims
  • Create a memorable experience for the customer from enquiry through to completion of the work on their motorcycle
  • Maintaining and building close relationships with new and existing customers
  • Ad hoc support for the Parts Team as and when required
