We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our Finance Department. This role is based at Head Office, in Kidderminster.

THE ROLE:

Providing day to day operational support across core accounting activities to ensure financial date is accurate, up to date and is in line with department procedures. The role includes managing sales invoicing for a portfolio of assigned customers, ensuring invoices are raised accurately and in a timely manner. You will also support the finance team with expense processing, company credit card reconciliations, and month-end and year-end tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

  • Managing sales invoicing for assigned customers, ensuring invoices are raised accurately and on time
  • Maintaining and monitoring customer accounts and invoice records
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure accurate billing information is received
  • Processing and reconciling company credit card transactions
  • Processing and reviewing employee expenses in line with company policies
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end finance processes
  • Supporting the preparation of basic financial reports

ABOUT YOU:

  • Previous experience in finance or accounts support role
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence using Microsoft Office
  • Experience in preparing basic financial reports
  • Excellent organisational skills · Attention to detail
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and across the business
  • Able to meet deadlines · Strong communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills

THE TERMS

Contract Term: Permanent

Hours of Work: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday - 1 hour unpaid lunch break

Annual Leave: 25 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with service to a maximum of 28 days)

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000.00 (dependent on experience)

Benefits: Pension scheme, laptop, enhanced family friendly benefits, private medical insurance after 1 year of service, sick pay scheme.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Engineer to join our Engineering Department. This role is based in Kent.

THE ROLE

The role is responsible to undertake maintenance and diagnostic repair, to electrical/electronic, mechanical, plumbing, steam and pneumatic decontamination plant and equipment.

ABOUT YOU

• A National Certificate or National Diploma in engineering or technology accredited, registered electrical/fitting/plumbing apprenticeship

• Comprehensive knowledge of building services engineering

• Comprehensive knowledge of porous load sterilizers, bench top sterilizers, washer disinfectors, flexible endoscopes

• and ultrasonic cleaners

• Ability to fault find & problem solve

• Ability to interpret complex information and range of options

• Excellent communication skills

• Good IT skills

• Excellent organisational & time management & administration skills

• Able to communicate with internal staff and key contacts at contracts

• Attention to detail

• Initiative and drive to work independently

• Specialist training to accredited standard for competent person status experience in maintenance works

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join our Finance Department. This role is based at our Head Office in Kidderminster.

THE ROLE

To oversee the day-to-day operational management of the finance department and the production of all accounting information both internally and externally.

ABOUT YOU

  • Practical experience within an accounting of finance department
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office products particularly excel. 
  • Knowledge of ISO9001:2015, ISO13485:2016 and ISO 14001:2015 Quality Management Systems. 
  • Financial systems implementation and improvements
  • Experience of accounting and payroll packages (Sage 200/Sage 50 payroll)
  • Preferably qualified (ICAEW/ACCA/CIMA) but as a minimum part qualified or AAT/CAT
  • High commitment to quality work and flexibility
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team and across the business
  • Ability to operate in an environment of ongoing change.

THE TERMS

Contract Term: Fixed Term Contract (12-14 months Maternity Cover)

Hours of Work: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday - 1 hour unpaid lunch break

Annual Leave: 25 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with service to a maximum of 28 days)

Salary: £60,000.00 to £65,000.00 (dependant on experience)
