We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our Customer Support Team. This role is based at our Head Office in Kidderminster.
THE ROLE
The role is responsible for being the first port of call for customers, managing their accounts effectively and to be their technical support experts with our engineers operating nationally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer liaison consistently via phone and email
- Planning and booking of maintenance and service visits for customer accounts
- Booking in of service jobs, including contacting the customer, arranging the paperwork
- Effectively following up to service visits, including updating the database for customer accounts, completing post maintenance reports and raising job cards for repairs or additional required/requested work
- Booking in of reactive maintenance and repair calls, on site and in the workshop, making sure all logistics are effective
- Answering customer queries over the phone and by email
- Database management, this includes updating H-IMS with servicing information to ensure the account is all up to date with relevant information e.g., repairs service reports, additions, and deletions
- Auditing ongoing work of the engineer including assets and job cards
- Pulling data for monthly diary planning
- Planning and logistics to ensure work is booked in a timely and cost-effective manner, this includes managing engineers’ time on site with workload and repairs etc.
- Liaising with and maintaining strong relationships with engineers
- You will be required to carry a pager and be on an on-call rota

THE TERMS
Contract Term: Permanent
Hours of Work: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday - 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Annual Leave: 25 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with service to a maximum of 28 days)
Salary: £26,000.00

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef/Caterer to join our team. This role is based at Head Office, in Kidderminster.
THE ROLE
To plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, safe, and nutritious food for employees and visitors, ensuring compliance with food hygiene, health and safety, and company policies while operating within agreed budgets and maintaining high professional standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Prepare, cook, and present all meals to an agreed standard for employees and visitors.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and portion control in all food produced.
- Assist with the development and implementation of menus, including consideration of allergens, intolerances, cultural diversity, and religious requirements.
- Ensure food is prepared and served in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Operate within agreed catering budgets.
- Monitor stock levels and complete daily and weekly food orders as required.
- Carry out regular stock takes and ensure effective stock rotation (FIFO).
- Actively monitor and reduce food waste.
- Ensure retention of relevant council license
- Ensure all catering equipment is clean, safe, and fit for purpose.
- Report equipment faults or safety concerns promptly to the line manager.
- Follow company environmental policies, including waste management and sustainability practices.
- Completing all documentation required legally regarding food hygiene, COSHH and company compliance.
- Adhere to health and safety policy and procedures, identify hazards, and undertake appropriate risk assessments as required.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times in conjunction with hygiene and grooming guidelines.
ABOUT YOU
- Level 2/3 in food preparation and cookery or equivalent qualification & Level 2 Award in Food Safety or equivalent qualification.
- Extensive food knowledge with the ability to cook and present fresh food to a consistently high standard.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety and COSHH requirements.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Able to work on your own and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong Organisation and time management skills.
- Basic I.T skills including Word and Excel.
- Ability to work well under pressure.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Engineer to join our Engineering Department. This role is based in Kent.
THE ROLE
The role is responsible to undertake maintenance and diagnostic repair, to electrical/electronic, mechanical, plumbing, steam and pneumatic decontamination plant and equipment.
ABOUT YOU
• A National Certificate or National Diploma in engineering or technology accredited, registered electrical/fitting/plumbing apprenticeship
• Comprehensive knowledge of building services engineering
• Comprehensive knowledge of porous load sterilizers, bench top sterilizers, washer disinfectors, flexible endoscopes
• and ultrasonic cleaners
• Ability to fault find & problem solve
• Ability to interpret complex information and range of options
• Excellent communication skills
• Good IT skills
• Excellent organisational & time management & administration skills
• Able to communicate with internal staff and key contacts at contracts
• Attention to detail
• Initiative and drive to work independently
• Specialist training to accredited standard for competent person status experience in maintenance works
