In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to all service users, ensuring their IT systems are functioning efficiently and resolving any issues promptly as part of the IT team.

To be considered for the opportunity, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting

• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to build relationships and positively influence users

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands

• Solid understanding of IT systems, with the ability to apply technical skills and best practices effectively

• Detailed technical knowledge of current risk management and loss prevention practices for a broad range of insurance risks • Experience of surveying/consulting in commercial environments • Ability to interpret underwriting requirements to ensure that risk management decisions are identified • Highly developed communication skills with customer and stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence and negotiate • Experience and knowledge gained from working in Underwriting, Claims, Surveying or Commercial Engineering (or similar). • ACII qualified or working towards • Full driving licence
