Role Purpose

The Remedial Sales Executive is responsible for driving remedial sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction across Bender UK’s service base. The role focuses on identifying, quoting, and converting remedial opportunities while working closely with customers, engineers, and internal teams to deliver timely, accurate, and commercially sound solutions. This role plays a key part in growing remedial revenue, improving margins, and strengthening long‑term customer relationships through proactive engagement and a strong understanding of customer needs.

Role Purpose

The Healthcare Sales Manager is responsible for driving new business growth across Bender UK’s healthcare portfolio within Ireland. The role focuses on identifying, developing, and converting new opportunities, building relationships across electrical contractors, healthcare estates, and clinical stakeholders. Operating in a predominantly new business (“hunter”) capacity, the role works across the full sales lifecycle, engaging customers early, developing opportunities, and securing orders, while supporting longer‑term relationship development across key healthcare accounts.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects across Bender UK’s portfolio, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Working closely with customers, technical teams, and internal stakeholders, the role ensures projects are well organised, resources are aligned, and delivery runs smoothly from initial planning through to completion and handover.

Role Purpose

The Business Administrator plays a key role in supporting operational delivery and customer coordination across Bender Ireland’s service business. The role ensures work is organised, communicated, and processed efficiently, with a strong focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and customer experience. Working closely with engineers, project teams, and commercial colleagues, the role acts as a central point of coordination, helping to ensure service activity, project support, and administrative processes are delivered to a high standard.
