Job Description

Bender UK is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in the South region, to join our expanding Service Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships and securing sales for service contracts with existing Bender UK customers in the healthcare sector. This role is crucial to our continued growth and success in the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing healthcare customers.

• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Bender UK’s service contracts.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Service Sales team.

• Conduct regular customer visits and provide exceptional customer service.

• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to customers.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM

Competencies

• Strong understanding of service contracts and sales processes.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the South of the UK.

Experience

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
