Role Overview
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor will be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in their role, which includes the managing of the daily, weekly, monthly operations of all Mainprize Offshore owned, managed, chartered and sub-chartered vessels. This role requires swift and clear communication between all stakeholders including but not limited to; vessel owners, office and marine staff, clients, engineers, etc. Additional duties include:
Overview
The Maritime Recruiter plays an integral role in supporting the Crewing Manager to ensure that the company’s vessels are adequately manned. The Maritime Recruiter will also bear the responsibility of managing the entire recruitment lifecycle associated with recruiting seafarers for the Company’s vessels and providing support to ensure candidates and seafarers hold the required qualifications and certifications.
Role Overview
You will be supporting our fleet of Class approved Crew Transfer Vessels based in a number of locations including ports in the UK, Western Europe and the Baltic region. You will play a pivotal role providing proactive maintenance ensuring the safety and reliability of all company vessels. It may be necessary to sail on short trips with the vessel to help diagnose reported issues. Ideally, you will have an STCW qualification as a time served ships electrician or be able to demonstrate service with a shore based marine electrical engineer.
