This role focuses on delivering person-centred care, supporting clients to maintain independence, skills, and personal interests while ensuring their safety and wellbeing. No prior experience is required, as we provide training and development to help you grow in your career.

                                    Key Responsibilities

                                    Client Care

                                    • Deliver care in line with best practice, legislative requirements, and company policies.
                                    • Support clients to maintain personal skills, hobbies, and independence.
                                    • Follow individual Care Plans and report any changes in client needs to Senior Carers, Nurses, or Managers.
                                    • Promote and safeguard the welfare of all clients.
                                    • Encourage clients’ connections with family, friends, and the local community.

                                    Teamwork & Collaboration

                                    • Build strong working relationships with colleagues and multi-disciplinary teams.
                                    • Communicate effectively to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
                                    • Support clients’ relationships with people important to them, if desired.

                                    Professional Development & Leadership

                                    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.
                                    • Act as a role model for other carers and demonstrate professional, polite, and reasonable conduct at all times.

                                    Personal Responsibilities

                                    • Work in accordance with Fundamental Standards and regulatory frameworks, including CQC requirements.
                                    • Attend statutory and additional training as required.
                                    • Commit to achieving relevant qualifications for the role.
                                    • Follow company policies and procedures while remaining open to learning opportunities.
