- Working with the Membership Services Coordinator to support the delivery of NGA's membership services by providing high-quality administration, customer service and operational support, contributing to an excellent experience for members and subscribers.
- Supporting the delivery of NGA’s events programme and marketing activity.
- Working with the Conferences and Events Lead to support with planning, coordination, and delivery of internal and external events, and webinars ensuring high‑quality experiences for delegates, speakers, and partners
Event Delivery Support
- Help plan and deliver in‑person, hybrid, and online events.
- Coordinate logistics such as venues, schedules, equipment, catering, accessibility, and supplier communication.
- Support on‑the‑day delivery, including registration, attendee flow, and exhibitor coordination.
- Prepare and coordinate event collateral, including delegate materials, signage, promotional resources and branded assets, ensuring they are accurate, accessible and ready for use.
- Support the safe planning and delivery of events by carrying out basic checks, following risk assessments, identifying hazards, and working with venue staff to maintain safe practices.
- Provide cover for internal facilities tasks such as booking rooms, organising refreshments, and coordinating building access.
Webinar Administration
- Coordinate the full administration of webinars: speaker preparation, platform setup, and accessibility settings.
- Provide live technical support, monitor chat and engagement, manage recordings, and produce attendance or feedback reports.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and accessibility standards.
Supporting Partners & Sponsors
- Assist with marketing and engagement activity for partners and sponsors.
- Share materials and deadlines, maintain accurate records, and support follow‑up actions.
- Help prepare communications such as newsletters or event promotions.
Membership & Customer Service Support
- Respond professionally to member, subscriber and customer enquiries across phone, email and online channels.
- Support membership and Learning Link administration, including onboarding, updates, issue resolution and signposting.
- Maintain accurate records and use CRM information to support reporting, service improvement and member engagement.
- Maintain accurate member and subscriber records within the CRM and support regular data cleansing activity.
- Produce or assist with membership, Learning Link and engagement reports as required.
- Identify recurring queries, data issues or process improvements and escalate recommendations to the relevant team.
- Support membership engagement and retention activity by promoting relevant NGA services, resources and subscription benefits.
- Assist with renewal, lapsed membership and group subscription processes by preparing information, updating records and following up agreed actions.
- Work with colleagues to ensure members and subscribers receive a timely, helpful and consistent service.
