Key Responsibilities:
Duties will include the following:-
• Recording and logging information received by post, fax or email into our case management system with information provided by the client, lender, estate agent and solicitors or any third party
• Ordering of searches and saving results into the case management system
• Approval of water, environmental and coal searches, including reporting to the client on the results and/or raising any queries to the seller’s solicitors
• Making outbound calls to lenders for the requesting and chasing of redemption statements, confirming the release of mortgage funds for completion, and chasing responses to referrals
• Using Lender online platforms to provide and request information
• To liaise with the Case Managers as appropriate to facilitate with the smooth progression of transactions

- Proactively communicate and build strong relationships with clients and third parties keeping them regularly updated of progress.
- Provide an exceptional service both to the client, introducers and third parties.
- Recognise potential risks and resolve issues without putting the client or business at risk.
- Ensure that all allocated files are maintained in good order in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and in accordance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and issue contract papers on any related sale.
- Thoroughly deal with any sale enquiries
- Analyse search results
- Display exceptional organisation to target matters for exchange and completion at the start of each month in line with KPIs
- Liaise with mortgage lenders regarding drawing down client funds.
- Dealing with exchange of contracts and legal completion.
What you’ll need
• At least 2 years of Conveyancing experience, managing your own caseload.
• A passion for delivering excellent client service
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail T
This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday.
