Job Overview: The Senior Identity and Access Management Analyst will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our company’s information assets and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will understand assist in the end-to-end life cycle of the access recertification process and act as global support for access recertification. This individual will work with recertification/application owners to ensure their applications meet the recertification deadlines. This role will perform data analysis to ensure feeds from various sources to the recertification tool are intact and up to date. This individual will have the ability to identify any gaps, inaccurate or outdated feed information. This role will drive continuous improvement of workflows, policies, procedures, and technology related to Access Management to enable risk reduction, business enablement and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Extensive experience with Identity and Access Management technologies such as One Identity. • Analyze the recertification data and monitor the progress to ensure recertification completion within the project timelines and assist to publish these data as part of the recertification performance metrics. • Participate in both internal and external audit queries pertaining to access recertification and access provisioning process and evidence. • Ensuring processes comply with audit requirements, maintain sufficient documentation, and evidence for audit and security standard requirements. • Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Access. • Collaborate in-person and through remote communication tools to effectively work with all stakeholders and customers to improve data and business processes and to negotiate priorities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in information security/technology risk management and/or Identity and Access Management, preferably within a software development environment. • Proven experience in conducting security risk assessments, including third-party risk assessments. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Confluence and JIRA. • In-depth knowledge of information security frameworks, standards, and best practices. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Ability to communicate effectively in writing, in person and by telephone with all levels of the organization. • Applied knowledge of security risk frameworks, for example, ISO 27001, NIST Cyber Security Framework, CIS Controls and Cloud Controls Matrix. • Experience developing and deploying risk management frameworks and programs, including deploying of GRC tools is desirable. • Experience with automating reporting/creating report dashboards in tools such as Power BI is desirable. • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CTPRP, CTPSA, TPCRA, or equivalent.
