What is the Opportunity?:

Omnissa is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager for Technical Curriculum and Certification Development and Delivery. This pivotal role involves designing, developing, and delivering advanced technical training for a diverse audience, including internal teams and external customers and partners. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of technical curriculum, a passion for education, and a commitment to creating engaging and effective learning experiences. Here’s more:

Curriculum Development & Instruction: Design advanced technical curricula (300+ level) aligned with stakeholder roadmaps, ensuring content accuracy with SMEs. Tailor learning paths and programs for internal teams, partners, and customers, utilizing innovative technologies for improved outcomes.

Project & Training Management: Lead curriculum development projects, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication. Oversee training material creation, train-the-trainer (TTT) sessions, and ensure high-quality in-person/virtual/on demand training delivery.

Certification & Evaluation: Develop and maintain advanced certification programs aligned with industry standards, tracking success and making data-driven improvements. Continuously assess and refine training effectiveness for optimal learning outcomes.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Align curricula with Omnissa’s technology and business goals, incorporating feedback from partners and customers. Foster collaboration across teams, working closely with the Technical Enablement Lead and key stakeholders to meet business objectives.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement: Lead a team of designers and trainers, managing resource allocation, performance, and fostering innovation in curriculum design. Apply agile methodologies to ensure rapid iteration and responsiveness to changing training needs.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in technical curriculum development and instruction, with a focus on advanced technical content.
  • Proven experience managing certification programs and delivering training to diverse audiences.
  • Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and translate complex concepts into accessible learning materials.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of engaging learners and driving successful outcomes.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and agile mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and instructional design software.
  • Certification in instructional design or adult learning methodologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
