About the role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Marketing & Communications team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a pivotal role that will shape and deliver high-impact campaigns to grow our brand, drive customer acquisition, and support strategic business goals across the Ascenti Group.
You’ll lead on multi-channel marketing activity for both B2C and B2B audiences, managing paid media, content, digital journeys, and creative assets with a focus on performance and storytelling. You’ll also work closely with colleagues across our business units and service lines, using insight and collaboration to bring campaigns to life.

What you’ll be doing
As a Marketing Manager, you’ll:
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Own paid media delivery including PPC, social advertising, and SEO
- Oversee marketing content and creative production, aligned to campaign goals
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Work with internal teams to optimise CRM journeys and digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with brand, content, and communications colleagues to maintain consistent messaging
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM dashboards
- Use data and insight to drive optimisation and report on ROI

Qualifications
Knowledge, experience, and qualifications
- Proven ability to manage content calendars, campaign workflows, and external suppliers.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone for multiple audiences.
- Sound understanding of brand management and marketing operations.
- Excellent communication, project management, planning and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation and lead generation funnels.
- Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media.
- Relevant professional communications and marketing qualifications, or equivalent experience.
