About the Role
We’re looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our People Team, playing a vital role in supporting managers and ensuring that our people processes align with our values and policies. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your expertise while working as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work proactively to build capability, empowering managers to handle future issues more confidently while ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies.
A key part of your role will be to foster a positive workplace culture, promoting initiatives related to equality, diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing. You’ll also work closely with other areas of the People function, including Talent Acquisition and People Operations, to deliver a seamless HR service and collaborate on cross organisational issues and goals.
