To execute the site machine cleaning schedule efficiently and to the highest standards whilst maintaining safe working practices at all times and complying with all site guidelines and rules. Work as part of a small team in collaboration with production to make the best use of line time available to complete hygiene cleaning to the highest possible standard.

Continuously look to develop and improve key work processes and develop better, faster, more efficient ways of doing things.

• Effective hygiene cleaning of all machinery and equipment to agreed delivery schedule, times and standards
• Completion of all on-line and paper documentation and cleaning records
• Liaise with Production Admin and shift management teams to co-ordinate timely line deep cleans
• Ensure waste controls, product segregation and contamination controls are in place and adhered to at all times
• Proactively ensure that health and safety best practice is followed and adhered to at all times
• Engage with shift teams to ensure a daily ‘Green’ score is achieved in Housekeeping Audits across all areas
• Maintain Food Safety and product integrity throughout all of the Hygiene activities carried out to ensure safe and legal product production
• Understand, develop, and maintain hygiene SOPs and CICs
• Ensure hygiene activities are carried out to optimal productivity and efficiency
• Maintain compliance with our customer standards and BRC food standards
• Responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene on site. This includes following all company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices to ensure that food products are safe, compliant, and of the highest quality.
