Job description
To be responsible for the effective delivery of the company’s induction programme, ensuring new employees are welcomed, informed, and prepared for their roles. The Induction Training Facilitator will continually improve and tailor the induction experience to accommodate various learning styles, ensure smooth administration of induction data, and support any ad hoc training needs as required.
Responsibilities
Deliver Induction Training:
- Deliver engaging and informative induction sessions to new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Foster a positive first impression and a strong understanding of company values, policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Tailor Delivery for Learning Styles:
- Adapt delivery methods and materials to accommodate different learning preferences and levels of understanding, ensuring all new starters are supported effectively.
Improve the Induction Programme:
- Regularly review and refine the induction content and format based on learner feedback and observations to ensure relevance, clarity, and effectiveness.
Manage Induction Records & Data:
- Accurately maintain records of induction attendance, feedback, and training completion.
- Ensure all data is compliant with internal processes and accessible for audit or reporting purposes.
Create & Update Training Materials:
- Develop and maintain clear, engaging, and up-to-date induction materials, including presentations, manuals, and multimedia resources.
Support Ad Hoc Training Requests:
- Deliver or assist with additional training sessions when required, ensuring materials are adapted appropriately and delivery remains consistent with company standards.
Assist with Induction KPIs & Reporting:
- Contribute to reporting on key induction metrics, such as attendance, completion rates, and feedback scores.
- Present findings in a clear and structured format for review by the Training Manager and wider team.

Qualifications
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent)
- Confident and engaging presentation skills
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Additional qualifications (e.g., First Aid Instructor) are beneficial but not essential
Monday- Friday 0800-1700. Occasional weekend working will be required.
