Ensure that all product is in the correct location at the correct time, in accordance with the Company stock control system and the needs of the Production Team. Responsible for ensuring that all pallets are correctly labelled and that all products are traceable at all times and that any movement of stock is accurately recorded in the Company stock control system.

• To move pallets of stock from storage to the appropriate production line, as instructed by Production admin and the Company stock control system (currently Prophet).
• Ensuring that ALL pallets are accurately recorded and scanned to and from locations.
• To ensure that all finished pallets are labelled with the correct documentation and wrapped securely in accordance with Company standards and that it is moved in a timely manner to the appropriate drop point.
• To ensure that all unused stock is correctly labelled, wrapped and moved to the appropriate storage area and that the Company stock control system is updated accordingly.
• To check and receive product strictly in accordance with Company procedure and instructions.
• To work to the standard required to meet the individual and department Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) as set by the Production Manager and the needs of the business.
• To operate any associated equipment in a safe manner in line with any training, departmental procedures and manufacturers recommendations.
• To ensure the traceability of all product, at all times, using the stock control system.
• To ensure that all work is carried out in line with Company Health, Safety and Hygiene Standards.
• To ensure clear, timely and professional communication (including radio use) with colleagues at all times.
• To ensure that all pre MHE checks are completed prior to use and defects reported.
• To champion the usage of company visual aids in operational areas
