Job description
To provide a comprehensive administrative support service ensuring that all processes and documentation are accurate and completed in a timely manner to allow for the efficient operation of the site. The role will involve processing invoices, general admin tasks and chasing deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process invoices, ensuring all data is entered correctly and promptly into our systems.
- Perform a range of general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Chase and follow up on deliveries, coordinating with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely arrivals and resolve any delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring all documents are filed correctly and can be easily accessed when needed.

Qualifications
Previous experience of working in a busy office environment
Knowledge and understanding of MS Office including Excel and Word
Excellent attention to detail
Effective interpersonal skills
