Job description

To provide a comprehensive administrative support service ensuring that all processes and documentation are accurate and completed in a timely manner to allow for the efficient operation of the site. The role will involve processing invoices, general admin tasks and chasing deliveries.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process invoices, ensuring all data is entered correctly and promptly into our systems.
  • Perform a range of general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Chase and follow up on deliveries, coordinating with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely arrivals and resolve any delivery issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring all documents are filed correctly and can be easily accessed when needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience of working in a busy office environment

Knowledge and understanding of MS Office including Excel and Word

Excellent attention to detail

Effective interpersonal skills

Effective planning and organisational skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Show initiative and the ability to work unsupervised
