To ensure that all designated areas are maintained to ISS hygiene and housekeeping standards, adhering to relevant hygiene standard operating procedures and schedules at all times. To ensure that Health & Safety standards are achieved and maintained at all times.

• To maintain high levels of health, safety, hygiene and housekeeping to British Retail Consortium (BRC), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), Path Information Unit (PIU), Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Audit standards at all times. To clearly communicate any areas of concern to the relevant manager.
• To work in accordance with the Company cleaning schedules.
• To complete daily cleaning schedule check list and maintain and keep accurate all required cleaning records.
• To use any equipment in a correct and safe manner.
