The purpose of either role is to work in conjunction with the MGA Performance Manager to maximise Islands business performance with both Islands Brokers and Sub-Agents. The successful candidate must have;

- Experience of B2B and B2C channels preferred

- Experience of leading and managing in a customer focused and performance driven environment is preferred

- Track record of successfully delivering goals and objectives through teams.

- Experience of delivering continuous improvement and managing change.

- Minimum 5 Years relevant experience gained in a relationship management role (preferred).
