Salary Range: £28,000.00 to £30,000.00 pa (Depending on experience)

We have an excellent opportunity in our Operations Team for an Operations Supervisor.
Purpose of the Role
The Operations Supervisor is part of a wider Operations Team, whose role is to recruit, train and motivate the Picking, Packing, Goods In, Pre-Shelving and Put-away and Perpetual Inventory teams. To plan, prioritise and deliver planned and reactive production requirements whilst complying to processes and achieving high standards of work. To Supervise the operational areas every day and instil high standards of conduct and behaviour within the teams, in accordance with the Rapid Values.

- Motivation, Capability and Engagement of personnel
- Communication of Standards, Processes, Feedback, Results
- Conformance to processes, standard of work, quality of actions
- Safe and efficient storage and distribution of goods
- Cleanliness of work areas, adherence to QHSE policies
- Adherence to any PUWER and LOLER policies
- Success of continuous improvement initiatives
- Planning and prioritisation of resources to exceed workload and implement improvements
- Deliver against the Company Goals as framed by the Purpose, Vision and Values
- Facilitate the implementation, improvement and continued success of the Warehouse Management System
- Own relevant KPIs from the Partner Trust Index, Management Scorecard and elsewhere as agreed with the Operations Manager at annual objective setting meetings.
