Why we need you
We’re looking for a team member to join our dynamic, fun central support team. Working with all of our brands to deliver data insights, CRM support, reporting and marketing support for our 10 dealerships representing Harley-Davidson, Ducati, Yamaha, Triumph, and Porsche.
Responsibilities would include:
Automation & Workflow Support
• Build and maintain automated workflows using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate and other approved platforms.
• Assist with system integrations to reduce manual data entry.
• Test and troubleshoot workflows prior to deployment.
• Monitor automation performance and flag issues
• Building of marketing communications within the Klaviyo email system.
• Maintenance of the organisation’s data warehouse, managing the full data lifecycle using SQL
Data & Reporting
• Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and KPI trackers (Excel / Power BI where applicable).
• Clean and validate data to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reporting packs.
• Help standardise reporting templates across sites.
• Data extraction for Marketing communications from our multiple operating systems.
• Support the Head of Compliance with GDPR compliance and data requests
Project & Implementation Support
• Support digital implementation projects led by the Marketing team.
• Assist with rollout of new systems or process changes.
• Track project milestones and maintain documentation.
• Provide on-site support during system launches where required. Continuous Improvement
• Identify small-scale process improvements within departments.
• Suggest practical automation opportunities.
• Support managers in adopting digital tools effectively.
Skills & Experience Required Essential
• Experience using Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, data analysis, pivot tables).
• Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, Make or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Experience working with SQL databases (DML, DDL, DQL)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and confidence working across departments.
Desirable
• Experience with Azure data factory
• Knowledge of the automotive industry
• Keyloop Experience
• Basic knowledge of data protection principles (GDPR).
• Experience supporting system implementation projects.

In return for the above, we are offering a competitive salary dependant on experience.
There will be a requirement to travel between our sites across the South East, London and Home Counties from time to time but in this instance a car is provided. There is some flexibility as to where the role will be based and there is also the opportunity to work from home for part of the working week.
