An opportunity has arisen for an Aftersales Advisor. This is a dual role covering 60% workshop duties and 40% parts duties to join our highly experienced team at LIND Triumph West London. Standard customer service is not enough here and we’re looking for someone who is self-motivated with outstanding customer service who can actively promote and endorse the high standards of the brand at all times.

As an Aftersales Advisor, you will...

• Be primarily responsible for achieving targets for hours sold

• Maintain records and process accurate Warranty Claims

• Represent the Triumph brand with expert knowledge and delivering excellent customer service through honest guidance, consulting a tech where necessary

• Maintain and build close relationships with new and existing customers

• Helping to sell through efficient management of the workflow and scheduling of the diary

• Create a memorable experience for the customer from enquiry through to completion of the work on their vehicle.

• Take responsibility for customer vehicles, keys and workshop parking

• Keep the customer informed every step of the way throughout the time that we are caring for their pride and joy

• Use your knowledge to advise customers on repairs, referring with the technicians Please note that Aftersales experience is preferable, but we are willing to consider someone who has the right attitude who is willing to learn.

Our purpose-built West London dealership opened in September 2020. Before that, our dealership, trading under a different name, was established in 1959 and was one of the first appointed Triumph dealers way back in 1991. In 2017 Jack Lilley Ltd was acquired by the Lind Automotive Family who are also a family owned and operated business. Our showroom is full of genuine parts, accessories and clothing, along with incredible new and Approved Used motorcycles. Our workshop is run by Triumph Technical Experts and people in the motorcycle business for over 20 years!
