A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a 9-month fixed term maternity cover role as a Clothing Specialist to join our already highly successful team at Harley-Davidson Guildford and become a member of the renowned LIND family.

This role is at the core of our customer experience and successful operation of the workshop. Working in a dedicated and lively environment, your focus will be on the customer journey, sourcing and providing merchandise for customers.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Reporting to the Head of Service, Parts and Clothing

• Achieving sales targets by selling apparel, accessories and gifts via the retail counter and Online store.

• Online shop management including the loading of new lines

• Liaising with all departments

• Ensuring Showroom presentation is maintained to dealer standards

• Stock control, including regular stock checks and stock ordering

• Create a memorable experience for the customer from enquiry to sale

•Maintaining and building close relationships with new and existing customers

• Social media promotions

The successful candidate will have:

• Ability to utilise multiple systems

• Possess a methodical approach

• Excellent communication skills

• A passion for motorcycles

Desirable:

• Experience with using automotive systems such as Kerridge/Drive

• A full motorcycle licence is desirable but not essential

• Knowledge of motorcycle accessories and clothing would be an advantage but not essential
