We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Data Analyst to join our Operations Team. This role is based at Head Office, Kidderminster, with Working from Home option.

THE ROLE

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data-driven insights to support digital transformation initiatives within the Company. You will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business growth and optimize operational efficiency.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a digital transformation or technology-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar tools.
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI (preferred), Tableau etc.
  • Knowledge of data modelling concepts and database management.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse complex data sets using statistical techniques and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into non-technical language.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

THE TERMS

Contract Term: Permanent Hours of Work: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday - 1 hour unpaid lunch break

Annual Leave: 25 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with service to a maximum of 28 days)

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience)
