Work Location: Wimbledon / Paddington with occasional travel to Bearsted, Kent
Purpose of Job: To support the Commercial and Produce Specialist teams in delivering timely and accurate range change, planogram creation and forecasting within the Produce category. This hybrid role blends account management with display planning and customer-focused execution, using data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to drive commercial outcome and enhance availability, space use, and in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial & Account Management role:
• Support the Commercial team in managing the key retail account.
• Support the execution of joint business and category plans to grow sales and share.
• Maintain and report on customer data including KPIs and sales.
• Handle promotional planning ensuring data accuracy and clear communication.
• Own and maintain sales forecasts (short and long-term).
• Support customer portal management, including code generation and product updates in Prophet.
• Lead on customer reporting and insight send outs e.g. sales/promotional/data/KPI summaries.
Produce Specialist role:
• Attend weekly WAM meetings and huddles with SRD and the category team; support wider SRD engagement through in-person or virtual participation in team talks and cross-functional meetings.
• Own and manage the Weekly Range Change process, collaborating with Display Planners, Buyers, and Supply Chain to deliver changes in line with governance and critical paths.
• Ensure planograms are accurate, aligned with display principles, and reflect appropriate cost-to-fill and days cover. Address space gaps and maintain display quality through reviews, quality checks, and retail ops feedback.
• Apply display principles consistently—ensuring one day’s cover, appropriate colour blocking, and space optimisation—while working with the Space team to accommodate different equipment types across store formats.
