We’re looking for a motivated, experienced professional to join our Community Housing Team. At Connect, we aim to do more than provide a place to live – we make people feel at home, transform lives, and build communities.
Our Community Housing Officers play a critical role in delivering this vision. Our Community Housing Officers build trust and positive relationships with residents, foster strong neighbourhood connections, and work collaboratively with partners to support thriving, sustainable communities.
About you
We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience as a Community Housing Officer or in a similar housing management role, who are looking to bring their skills and expertise to a values-driven organisation like Connect.
You may already be working as a Housing Officer and looking for your next opportunity, or have relevant experience within housing management, tenancy support, or community-based roles. If you are passionate about delivering excellent housing services and making a real difference to people’s lives, we would love to hear from you.

We understand that no candidate will meet every single requirement, so if you feel you have relevant experience and the right approach, we encourage you to apply.
Please see the attached combined Job Description and Person Specification for more details.
A basic DBS check will be carried out on the successful candidate, and we will require two professional references.
If you would like an informal discussion about the role, please contact us – we’re always happy to help.
This is a hybrid working role. A typical week might include two days in the office, with flexibility to plan your home working, visits, and appointments. You will manage your own diary and have responsibility for your own patch.

Please note: We may close this advert early if we receive sufficient applications. We encourage early applications as we review these on a rolling basis.
