Connect Housing is a housing association dedicated to providing high-quality homes and services that make a real difference to people’s lives. We are currently seeking a Multi skilled Joiner to join our dedicated Property Services team.

About the Role

As a Joiner at Connect Housing, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our housing stock. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service across:

  • Day-to-day responsive repairs
  • Void property works
  • Planned maintenance programmes
  • Other associated works as required

This is a hands-on role where your core trade will be joinery (first and second fix), but your multi-skilled abilities will also be used across a variety of general maintenance tasks.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience in joinery, including first and second fix Competency in other trade disciplines (e.g. basic plumbing, plastering, tiling)
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A flexible and proactive approach to your work
  • A valid UK driving licence (vehicle will be provided)
