Salary: £24,750 per annum + benefits
Hours: 37 hours per week during office hours with some occasional work outside of these times, as and when needed.
Location: Hollinbank, Heckmondwike. One day per week in the Huddersfield (Swan Lane) site.
At Connect Housing, we believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive place to call home. We’re looking for a Housing Support & Monitoring Assistant to join our Young People’s Services team and help us deliver person-centred, trauma-informed housing support that truly changes lives.
You’ll play a key role in making sure our supported housing services run smoothly and meet the needs of young people. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be:
