About the Role

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? Do you want to thrive in a role that combines housing management, support coordination, and team development? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

At Connect Housing, we put people first. We’re looking for a Senior Housing Support Coordinator to lead and deliver high-quality, trauma-informed housing support across our Young People’s Services. You’ll be part of a values-driven organisation committed to fairness, inclusion, and collaboration.

Hollinbank is a vibrant and dynamic supported housing service offering 24/7 accommodation and support to young people aged 16–25. The service provides a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where young residents can build independence, access tailored support, and work towards positive outcomes. Hollinbank operates with a trauma-informed approach and is committed to co-production, ensuring the voices of young people shape the service they receive.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day operations across allocated supported housing sites, working in partnership with a newly appointed Senior Housing Support Coordinator who is based at a sister site (Swan Lane).
  • Provide direct housing support and management to residents.
  • Supervise and support a team of Night Support Workers, Housing Support Coordinators and Coaches, and an Assistant.
  • Coordinate support plans and ensure service standards are met.
  • Manage referrals, risk assessments, and allocations.
  • Promote co-production and amplify the voice of young people.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and housing regulations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in supported housing or accommodation-based services.
  • An effective decision maker, who is able to think creatively.
  • Good people management skills.
  • Knowledge of best practice in child protection, safeguarding children, vulnerable adults, data protection and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work flexibly across sites, including evenings and weekends.
  • A values-led approach: putting people first, listening and learning, collaborating creatively, and earning trust through actions.
