Temporary Lettings Assistant Opportunity: Temporary to end October 2025.

£30,349 FTE, £24,680 per annum actual for 30 hours per week (Monday to Thursday).

Location: Central Dewsbury base with visits to properties around West Yorkshire. Hybrid working available. 

We’re looking for a dedicated and self-motivated individual to join our Lettings Team as a Lettings Assistant. This is a temporary opportunity to support the team by carrying out pre-termination visits to outgoing tenants and other administration/Lettings duty tasks.

As a Lettings Assistant you will be:

  • Carrying out pre-termination visits and any administration associated
  • Covering Lettings duty, responding to general enquires and assigning more complex cases to Agents
  • Keeping the Void Spreadsheet up to date with incoming terminations and updating it during weekly Void Meetings
  • Where required, carrying out viewings and key handovers for void and newly let properties
  • Uploading and monitoring adverts on Rightmove

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Great customer service skills and ability to communicate information clearly, but in an empathetic way
  • Good I.T. skills, particularly Microsoft packages and ability to learn other internal software
  • A full driving licence and access to a car for business use
  • A drive and commitment to being a great team player.
