We are looking for a Joiner to join our Property Services Team.

The role will include:

• Providing an effective and efficient service to deliver day-to-day repairs and/or cyclical repairs, with a specialism in joinery.
• First and second fix joinery
• Carrying out multi skilled work in tenanted and void properties
• Adhering to Health and Safety guidance

The ideal candidate will need to be/have:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Multi-skilled with core skill in joinery and competency in other trade disciplines
• A full driving licence and willingness to travel to locations around West Yorkshire
