Ready to Make a Difference?

At Connect, we are dedicated to placing data at the core of our decision-making. As we strive for continuous improvement, we are building a robust Business Intelligence (BI) infrastructure. In the coming months, we'll be implementing a new data warehouse and advanced tools, including Power BI, to deepen our insights and drive impactful results.

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to lead a team within our Business Intelligence team.

In this key role, you’ll help Connect understand its performance, identify areas for improvement, and achieve strategic goals through data-driven insights.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will oversee a small team of two analysts, fostering a collaborative and proactive environment.

Your goal will be to ensure that our Business Intelligence outputs are highly relevant, actionable, and aligned with the needs of various departments. Beyond technical skills, we’re looking for someone who can inspire and engage the wider organisation, showing how effective performance data can drive outcomes and advance Connect’s mission.

While the team regularly produces high-quality performance reports in various formats, we’re committed to continually evolving our outputs. Your creativity and vision will help engage the entire organisation, ensuring BI supports our objectives and fosters a culture of data-led decision-making. No two days will be the same—you’ll combine technical expertise in tools like Excel and Power BI with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and a creative mindset to advance the BI function.

In addition to some of the key areas mentioned above, the successful candidate will also benefit from having the following:

  • experience of using bespoke databases
  • experience of reporting, data manipulation and Business Intelligence
  • experience of providing performance reports and management information in a variety of formats
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyse and present information clearly
  • meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • a proactive approach and the ability to build strong relationships across the organisation.
