Partnership Housing Coordinator

Do you have an exceptional eye for detail and find it rewarding to deliver meaningful, people-focused services?

Are you seeking an opportunity where the work you do directly impacts communities and enhances lives?

If so, this could be the perfect role for you.

We are on the lookout for a positive and proactive individual to join our team as a Partnership Housing Coordinator. This is your chance to work at a vibrant organisation, collaborating with our Managing Agent partners to ensure delivery of the high-quality services our customers deserve.

The perfect candidate would be someone experienced in Housing/Supported Housing who can build strong relationships and manage contractual performance to ensure effective compliance and risk management

What You’ll Do:

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to:

- Build strong relationships with our partner organisations, ensuring they meet contractual and regulatory standards.

- Drive service excellence by enhancing processes that positively impact the services we provide to our customers.

- Oversee a portfolio of directly managed supported housing properties, offering housing management services to help create sustainable tenancies.

No Two Days Are the Same! Here’s a taste of what a typical day as a Partnership Housing Coordinator might look like:

Tenant Support: Conduct tenancy sign-ups, tenancy termination visits, and work with tenants to develop tenancy sustainment action plans.

Performance Monitoring: Review performance reports from Managing Agent partners, highlight areas for improvement, and compile detailed KPI summaries to drive better service delivery.

Collaborative Contract Management: Work with cross-functional teams to update and draft Housing Management Contracts, ensuring they align with the latest regulatory standards.

Partnership Building: Liaise with internal teams and partner organisations to clarify roles and responsibilities, tackle queries, and resolve partnership housing issues effectively.

Who We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely cares about making a difference. If you have the focus, tenacity, and people skills to influence service improvement while maintaining positive and professional relationships, we want to hear from you. What would also be helpful is if you have excellent admin skills and some of the essential elements listed in the person specification documents. Please see the attachment for more details.

If you have any questions about the role please contact Simon Calland.

Closing date is 18th November but early applications are encouraged as we may close the role early if we get a good response.
