Business Development Executive

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to help drive our next phase of growth. This is a role for someone who is curious, commercially minded, and excited by the challenge of building something new. You’ll be identifying and connecting with brands, creators, and organisations — from emerging names to globally recognised partners — helping them unlock new opportunities while making a positive impact.

This isn’t just about sales. It’s about spotting potential, shaping ideas, and turning conversations into meaningful partnerships.

What you’ll be doing

  • Finding and engaging new business opportunities across a range of markets
  • Building relationships with brands, designers, creators, and organisations
  • Developing creative proposals and pitching ideas that align with partner goals
  • Leading conversations from first contact through to signed agreements
  • Collaborating with internal teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Keeping a close eye on trends, culture, and emerging opportunities
  • Using tools, data, and AI to work smarter and continuously improve how you operate

What we’re looking for

  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging new people
  • A proactive, self-starting approach with a drive to hit targets
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in how businesses grow
  • Ability to build relationships and influence outcomes
  • Curiosity about trends, culture, and the digital landscape
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
  • Experience in sales or business development is helpful, but not essential — we’re open to people at different stages of their careers.
