What is the opportunity?

As a Senior Product Manager - Platform AI & Data Science at Omnissa, you will drive AI and data science-powered features that enhance the admin experience across the Omnissa product suite (Workspace ONE, Horizon, DEX, Security). Reporting to the Group Product Line Manager - AI & Data Science, you will help define and execute the AI product strategy, leveraging data-driven insights to build features that realize the vision of the Autonomous Workspace. This platform role involves collaborating with multiple product managers across Omnissa to align roadmaps, prioritize features, and integrate AI solutions seamlessly. Responsibilities

• Drive the Platform AI and Data Science roadmap across the Omnissa product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

• Collaborate with other product managers across Omnissa on prioritization, roadmaps, alignment, and integration across various teams.

• Define, prioritize, and execute AI-driven product features related to reasoning, issue detection, and automated remediation.

• Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, UX, product marketing, business development, and support to deliver high-impact product enhancements.

• Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and validate AI-powered use cases.

• Analyse and evaluate data-driven opportunities, competitive AI solutions, and emerging technologies to influence product direction.

• Translate business opportunities into requirements that Data Scientists and Engineers can build upon.

• Manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring seamless integration of AI/ML models into the Workspace ONE platform while balancing performance, privacy, and usability.

• Develop clear, data-backed product requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.

• Work closely with the UX team to optimize AI-driven user experiences and improve adoption.

• Drive go-to-market readiness by collaborating with marketing, sales, and partners to communicate the value of AI-powered features.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience, with at least 3-5 years in product management, preferably in AI, data science, or enterprise software.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven track record of translating data insights into successful products.

• Experience working with AI/ML-powered products and an understanding of data pipelines, model deployment, and AI safety.

• Deep knowledge of enterprise SaaS platforms and automation solutions.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies and working with engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Understanding of the challenges Big Data and Artificial Intelligence products encounter and how to solve them.

• Experience with data visualization, analytics platforms, or AI-driven user experiences is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (CS, Data Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.

Location Type: HYBRID. This role offers a balanced arrangement, with the expectation of working 3 days a week in our local office and the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days. It is essential that you reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the office location for the in-office workdays.

Travel Expectations: 20% of travel Domestic/International only if business demands.
