What is the opportunity?:

Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Integrated Marketing Manager to join our team. This mid-level position is ideal for a marketing professional with at least 5 years of experience who is eager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across multiple channels, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

You should be a creative, customer focused, self-starter with strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills who value cross-functional team collaboration in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with Omnissa’s business objectives and strategy, focusing on both customer engagement and demand generation
  • Organize and provide operational support for Executive Briefing Center, customer / partner events and campaigns to generate leads and build brand awareness
  • Manage and optimize digital, social media, email, blog, and content marketing efforts, including the creation and advocacy of customer stories
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, SE, customer success, and support to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively


What will you bring to Omnissa?:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Five (5) or more years of marketing campaign management experience including campaign development, media & creative strategies
  • Five (5) or more years of Project Management experience
  • Experience in analyzing marketing results and optimizing to improve conversion
  • Experience in building Integrated Marketing plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred
  • Have some or deep understanding on Omnissa’s solutions portfolio mentioned above
  • Deep understanding of field marketing activities, and the full range of marketing techniques, disciplines, and methodologies
  • Strong understanding of customer and performance data, with a proven track record of compiling, analyzing, and synthesizing reporting
  • Solid teamwork and project management skills while working with partners from each of the marketing disciplines and hierarchy
  • Experience partnering with product marketing, growth marketing, brand, design, research and analytics teams in a large, fast-evolving organization
  • Think and communicate clearly, in a way that builds trust across functions and teams
  • Able to influence outcomes and people without reporting lines

Where is the role located? This role is open to candidates based in Japan.
