We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assessment Administrator to join our Assessment Delivery team. You'll play an important role in supporting the development, delivery and quality assurance of assessments, helping to ensure processes are accurate, compliant and delivered to the highest standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a regulated awarding organisation where you'll collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help deliver high-quality assessments for learners and centres.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development, review and administration of assessment materials, ensuring they meet regulatory and organisational standards.
  • Coordinate assessment delivery activities, maintain accurate records and ensure the secure handling of assessment information and materials.
  • Provide guidance and support to centres and stakeholders, responding to assessment-related queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with quality assurance activities, reporting and continuous improvement projects that enhance assessment processes and delivery.

About You

  • Experience working in a busy administrative environment with strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of written communication.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Contract: Part Time; 22.5 hours per week | Maternity cover 12 months fixed term
