We're looking for a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our People team and play a key role in creating a positive and engaging employee experience. You'll support every stage of the employee lifecycle, helping to ensure our people processes run smoothly, efficiently and with a strong focus on service excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your HR career in a supportive and collaborative environment, gaining exposure across recruitment, onboarding, employee support and HR systems while contributing to initiatives that enhance the experience of our people 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding administration, including pre-employment checks and candidate communications
  • Prepare contracts, maintain employee records and support employee lifecycle processes
  • Manage HR system data and produce people reports and metrics
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers. 
  • Support compliance, governance and continuous improvement activities across the People function.

About you

  • CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards) with experience in an HR or People Administration role
  • Knowledge of HR processes, employment legislation and GDPR requirements 
  • Experienced in maintaining accurate records and using HR systems 
  • Strong organisational, communication and customer service skills 
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement
