Centre Administrator

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Centre Administrator to join our Centre Administration team and play a vital role in supporting learners and our training providers. You'll help ensure essential processes are delivered accurately and efficiently, supporting the registration and certification of thousands of learners each year. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly regulated environment where accuracy, problem-solving and customer service are key. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of administrative processes, systems and stakeholders while contributing to continuous improvements that enhance both the customer and learner experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a wide range of learner and centre administration activities, including registrations, certifications, amendments, exam bookings and withdrawals.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, resolving queries within service level agreements and escalating complex issues where required.
  • Maintain accurate learner records and support data quality through regular audits and cleansing activities.
  • Support system testing, process improvements and the development of guidance materials for colleagues and customers.
  • Validate, prepare and quality-check certification files and printed certificates, ensuring regulatory requirements are met.

About You

  • Educated to Level 3 standard (or equivalent) with experience working in a busy administrative environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to manage queries professionally and effectively.
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
