We're looking for an experienced Head of Projects and Transformation to lead the successful delivery of major projects and strategic change initiatives across the organisation. You'll work closely with senior leaders to drive transformation, improve customer experience, embed innovation and ensure projects deliver measurable business benefits.

Using your expertise in project delivery, governance and change management, you'll help shape the future of the organisation by implementing effective solutions, improving processes and leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of strategic and transformational projects aligned to organisational objectives.
• Establish and maintain project governance, ensuring projects are delivered to agreed time, cost and quality standards.
• Develop project plans, manage resources and provide clear reporting to senior leadership on progress, risks and benefits.
• Drive process improvement and organisational change using systems thinking and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to utilise technology and artificial intelligence across transformation initiatives.

About You

• Degree qualified with a recognised project management qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience leading complex projects, programmes and organisational transformation at a senior level.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, change management methodologies and benefits realisation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage at Executive level.
• Commercially aware, innovative and passionate about delivering sustainable business improvement.
