We're seeking an exceptional Beauty Digital Content Expert to help develop an innovative digital learning platform for the hair and beauty sector. You'll use your industry expertise and act as a subject matter expert to guide the creation of high-quality video tutorials, work with production teams to ensure content aligns with both vocational qualification standards and commercial CPD needs, and build collaborative partnerships with leading brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Beauty Subject Matter Expert for Level 2 and Level 3 content development.
• Write, review and quality assure engaging learning content and video scripts. 
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop accurate, commercially relevant learning materials. 
• Build and maintain relationships with beauty brands and industry partners.
• Support platform promotion through events, demonstrations and stakeholder engagement.

About You

• Level 3 qualification (or above) in Beauty Therapy or Make-Up. 
• 3–5 years' experience within the beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of Level 2 and Level 3 vocational qualifications and curriculum content.
• Excellent communication, content-writing and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commercially aware, adaptable and passionate about learner success.
