We’re looking for a skilled Apprenticeship Assessor – Early Years to deliver high-quality End-Point Assessments for Early Years apprentices. You’ll assess knowledge, skills, and behaviours while ensuring compliance and maintaining assessment integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote and face-to-face assessments
• Evaluate apprentice performance against Early Years standards
• Maintain accurate reports and assessment evidence
• Support quality assurance and moderation activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement of assessment processes

About You

• Occupational competence in Early Years (e.g. Nursery, Childcare, or Education settings)
• Apprenticeship assessment experience Relevant qualification at Level 3 or above + Assessor Award (or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
