Service & Assist Technician Permanent, Site Based, Full Time, 38.75 hours, Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm

Your new role:
As a Service & Assist Technician, you will act as a key technical expert and support function across our field sales network, providing specialist product knowledge, customer guidance, and hands-on support. You will work closely with Area Sales Managers and customers, assisting from initial design through to installation, while also contributing to exhibitions, displays, and training initiatives. This is a varied, customer-facing role where you will play a vital part in enhancing customer experience, supporting sales growth, and strengthening Häfele UK’s reputation within the woodworking industry.
