About The Role
Reporting to the Site Infrastructure Lead, you'll support the day-to-day operation, maintenance and continual improvement of our facilities, infrastructure and production environment.
From coordinating maintenance activities and contractors to supporting site improvement projects and maintaining asset records, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
This is a varied, hands-on position that offers excellent development opportunities for someone looking to grow their career in facilities, maintenance or site infrastructure management.
What You'll Be Doing
- As our Site Infrastructure Coordinator, you'll:
- Coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities across the site.
- Support the upkeep of our buildings, utilities and production facilities.
- Liaise with contractors and service providers, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate statutory inspections, servicing schedules and maintenance records.
- Maintain the company Asset Register and maintenance management systems.
- Support equipment inspections and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability.
- Assist with office moves, workspace changes and small site improvement projects.
- Promote high standards of housekeeping, safety and workplace organisation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S and maintenance process improvements.
- Work closely with operational teams to minimise disruption and maximise site performance.
What We're Looking For
You'll ideally have:
- Experience working within a facilities, maintenance, manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities.
- Experience working with contractors, suppliers or service providers.
- Good IT and administration skills, with experience maintaining records and documentation.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across the business.
- A good understanding of health and safety within an operational environment.
It would be advantageous if you also have:
- Experience using Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance and facilities management.
- An engineering, maintenance or facilities qualification.
- IOSH Working Safely certification or a Forklift Licence.
