Responsibilities and person specifications.

• Use of innovation and machinery to maintain cleaning to a high standard. Full training provided. 

• PPE compliance will be required across some/all areas of the site.

• Good communication with the client to maintain in some cases a 24hr site operation. Some of our manufacturing sites run a 24hr production line so communication is key.

• Supporting our clients in delivering exceptional standards for key visits.

• Report cleaning supply requirements and stock levels to the line manager as and when needed. • Report any Health and Safety issues to the Supervisor and Site Lead.

• Clean to an extremely high standard.

• Be customer focused.

• Great attention to detail and able to work at a fast pace – our manufacturing sites are usually a lot more challenging due to the nature of the environment.

• Must have great communication skills and be able to communicate with people on all levels.

• Have a motivated, proactive, energetic approach.

• Must be confident with change and have the ability to adjust quickly to new situations.

• Will be required to complete site specific health and safety training.

• Within our manufacturing site you will be required to clean multiple areas which may include – Warehouse, offices, meeting rooms, receptions, toilets, production areas.
